BRCCC publicity

The Boronia Radio Controlled Car Club is sometimes asked to put on displays within the local Knox community.  The BRCCC does this to promote activities within our community, to help raise funds for local schools as well as promote the club itself.

To enhance our presence during community events, the BRCCC proposes to include electronic visual displays.  While these displays would primarily consist of RC cars going through their paces, they may from time to time include images of club members.  These images will never be sold or used for commercial gain.  Any such images would only be used to promote the BRCCC, either on Video/Still presentations or on the BRCCC official website.

The BRCCC will not use any images without prior and appropriate consent.

If you consent to your image (still or moving) being used by the BRCCC for the express purpose detailed above, please tick the “Yes” box before signing this membership form.

Note: If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian MUST sign this membership form if you consent to the club using your image for publicity purposes.

Note 2: Junior members must be accompanied by an adult at club events. A committee member must also be advised as to who their carer is for safety and security purposes.

The BRCCC Inc complies with the Commonwealth and Victorian Privacy acts and will not make personal contact details available to anyone without your prior consent.  Personal information on this form is for the sole use of the committee for the purpose of running the club and contacting members.
